When are Abandoned Cart messages sent?

Tobi sends Abandoned Cart messages when users opt-in via one of the growth tools:
  1. 1.
    Opt-in check-box
  2. 2.
    pop-up
  3. 3.
    Facebook customer chat
Once users opt-in, if they abandon a cart they will receive a message after a time specified by you (you can set this on the Tobi dashboard).
